Every education system begins with a teacher — and every reform only succeeds when teachers are empowered to lead it.
The Federation Humana People to People supports educators in six African countries through 33 Teacher Training Colleges, helping them become confident leaders committed to their communities.
In 2024, the DNS-Bachil Teacher Training College, through the Environmental Health Education Centre project funded by the Sanofi Foundation, trained students and graduate teachers, reaching 200 communities.
In Angola, Malawi and Zambia, teachers trained by Humana People to People are transforming basic education through creativity, innovation and teamwork.
