
On 2 July, another coordination meeting of the IMPACT-GB Project Consortium took place, providing an important opportunity for joint coordination and collaboration. The meeting focused on reviewing the implementation of ongoing activities, assessing the progress achieved, and planning the next phases of the project.
The meeting strengthened coordination among the consortium partners, encouraged the exchange of strategic information, and aligned upcoming actions to ensure the project is implemented effectively, collaboratively, and in line with its established objectives.
The meeting brought together the IMPACT-GB Project Coordination Team and consortium partners ADPP Guinea-Bissau, IMC and AGLUCOMI-TSH, reaffirming their shared commitment to strengthening governance, civic participation, and the impact of project interventions for the benefit of communities across Guinea-Bissau.
During the session, ADPP Guinea-Bissau was represented by the IMPACT-GB Project Implementation Officer, Mamadu Camara, who presented the consortium members with the results achieved during May. His presentation highlighted the key progress made in implementing project activities, contributing to performance monitoring and further strengthening coordination among the project partners.
