Associação Céu e Terras is the new partner of the hashtag#SafeSpace!

On March 13th, Associação Céu e Terras officially became a partner of Safe Space - Community Centers for Proximity Care.

In Guinea-Bissau, the organization develops a reference work in maternal health and HIV prevention, focusing on the monitoring of pregnant women and people in vulnerable situations.

On 4 December, the partners participated in a GAT Grupo de Ativistas em Tratamentos -led training on the use of the project questionnaire, testing, and confidentiality and safety measures when working with activists and communities.

The entry of Céu e Terras strengthens the reach of the hashtag#SafeSpace, expanding awareness-raising actions, community testing and referral to health services, in the regions of Oio, Bafatá, Gabú, Tombali, Farim and in the Autonomous Sector of Bissau (SAB).

The project is funded by Expertise France | L'Initiative - Expertise France and implemented by ADPP GUINEA-BISSAU, in partnership with RENAP+GB, ENDA Guiné-Bissau and AGUIBEF, with technical assistance from GAT Grupo de Ativistas em Tratamentos, Instituto Nacional de Saúde Doutor Ricardo Jorge and ISPUP | Instituto de Saúde Pública da Universidade do Porto.
