PROTECTING TALIBÉ CHILDREN — #TheMissionContinues

2025-08-13

Between May and June, activists from the IMPACT-Guinea-Bissau  project, through ADPP Guinea-Bissau, took part in practical training sessions in the regions of Gabu, Bafatá and the Autonomous Sector of Bissau (SAB).

These training sessions prepare activists to identify situations of risk, refer cases to the competent institutions and propose concrete actions that promote inclusion, well-being, and the absolute respect for the rights of talibé children.

Many of these children face harsh realities: exploitation, neglect, and abuse. It is important that communities understand the seriousness of this practice and come together to defend childhood.
