On 19 June 2025, the ADPP Vocational School in Bissorã hosted the presentation and selection of business ideas by Agribusiness students.
This initiative took place within the framework of the Project to Support the Empowerment and Financial Inclusion of Women and Young People in the Cashew, Fruit and Vegetable Sectors (PAIFJ), funded by the African Development Bank Group and the Government of Guinea-Bissau, with ADPP Guinea-Bissau as one of the implementing partners for the Biombo and Oio regions.
The Agribusiness students presented their business ideas before a panel of three judges. The panel assessed the ideas based on their feasibility, impact and innovation, highlighting the projects with the greatest potential to receive technical and financial support.
The occasion was marked by innovative and sustainable proposals, with a focus on the transformation, preservation and marketing of agricultural products such as cashew, fruit and vegetables.
