The ADPP Vocational School, Bissorã

ADPP Vocational School supports young people and groups in acquiring an understanding and skills to do business and establish a life for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Acquire a skill, social competence and understanding that human diversity is essential for development, and consequently, inclusion is fundamental to create a world where everyone is active in shaping the future.

That is why we seek students from all regions and work to improve the physical structures to welcome all.

Education ADPP Vocational School 2

In 2025, Vocational School expanded the programs with Climate Adaptation understanding and action capacity, continued the programs Solar Energy & Electricity, Maintenance and Plumbing, Construction & Bricklaying, Agriculture & Husbandry, Entrepreneurship and Basic Informatics.

In 2025, ADPP Vocational School got Sustainable Energy Skills Certification for Off-Grid Domestic Installation Technicians (Level) by Ecowas.

Furthermore, the Vocational School welcomed 200 former students for a short training in their skills and Entrepreneurship; they are supported with equipment by FUNDEI.

The Orange Foundation prepared the installation of the Technical Digital Centre at the Vocational School.

The Vocational School continues to encourage women to enrol in the courses. During 2025, 35 % of the 362 students were female.

ADPP Vocational School continues to support the preschool in Bissorã, which was initiated by a volunteer in the eighties and upgraded to a primary school in 2000.
