On Friday, May 16, the 1st Bafatá Conference and Labor Fair was held at the Bafatá Multifunctional Youth Center.
Organized through a partnership between ADPP Guinea-Bissau, For Women by Women, and ASAD Guinea-Bissau, this inaugural fair in the region was centered around the theme: "Reflections and Strategies for an Inclusive and Innovative Labor Market."
Panels and workshops on entrepreneurship, education, and job opportunities featured active participation from women in the villages of Bafatá and Gabu, whose contributions were both significant and essential to the success of this event.
The presence of the Bafatá Regional Directorate of Education further underscored the importance of collective efforts toward achieving positive change.
