On 28 July, we marked World Hepatitis Day, extending our actions and celebrations throughout this Yellow July, a month dedicated to raising awareness, prevention, and treatment of hepatitis.
We know that information saves lives. That is why we believe that community knowledge of healthy practices is our first line of defence in the face of public health challenges.
Prevention, screening, and treatment are essential in the fight against viral hepatitis.
Through the Safe Space Project, funded by Expertise France and implemented by ADPP Guiné-Bissau, RENAP+GB, ENDA SANTÉ, and AGUIBEF, with technical assistance from GAT – Treatment Activist Group, INSA, and ISPUP | Institute of Public Health of the University of Porto, we reaffirm our commitment to the health of communities.
We are present in the regions of Oio, Bafatá, Gabu, Tombali, and the Autonomous Sector of Bissau (SAB), offering free, accessible, and reliable testing services to the population.
Health starts with prevention. Get tested. Protect yourself. Take care of yourself.
