The training of 36 community awareness technicians and activists continues to take place successfully at the TEACHER TRAINING College DNS-BACHIL , in Cacheu region.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, ending gender inequality remains a challenge that’s faced with multiple crisis threatening to push back the progress made over the years.
It takes place between February 11th and 19ththe campaign to present the project to Support the Empowerment and Financial Inclusion of Women and Youth in the Cashew, Fruit and Vegetable (PAIFJ), in the regions of Bissau (SAB), Biombo, Cacheu and Oio.
On February 5th, between 9hrs and 17hrs, a workshop session dedicated to the consultation and validation of the curriculum and IEC toolkit for the IMPACT-GB project took place at the Coimbra hotel, in Bissau.
On 9th, 10th and 13th April, ADPP Guinea-Bissau conducted a training session under the Safe Space project, funded by Expertise France, focusing on Human Rights, Gender-Based Violence, discrimination and stigma.
On March 6 and 7, 2026, the 5th Basic Social Services Fair was held in the Matandim/Bôr neighborhood and surroundings, in Bissau, under the motto "Together for the Most Needy People".
On 8 March, the Teacher Training College DNS-Bachil marked International Women’s Day with the participation of women from the Bachil community and from the organisation SOS Criança Canchungo.
As part of the celebration of International Women's Day, Teacher Training College DNS-Bachil promoted a girls soccer match between the school's students and the community of Bachil.
On 7 March, ADPP Guinea-Bissau, in partnership with For Women By Women, held a session entitled Intergenerational Conversations, at Hotel Coimbra, bringing together women from different generations in a space for dialogue and exchange.
